The Website presents Runheng’s products, engineering capabilities and cooperation models, and accepts inquiries from businesses and professional buyers. Nothing on the Website is a binding offer for any product, price, lead time, certification, performance or project outcome.
Product images may be appearance renderings showing opening type and elevation proportions. Profiles, glazing, hardware, dimensions, colour, performance, certification and packing are governed by the approved engineering drawings, technical agreement and contract. Project names, images and counts in case studies illustrate capability only; they do not authorise disclosure by third parties or promise a particular project outcome.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. We normally reply within 24 hours, subject to project complexity, drawing completeness and business days. Quotation validity, payment terms, lead time, warranty and acceptance criteria are governed by the formal quotation/contract.
Text, images, drawings, trademarks, layout and code on the Website belong to Runheng or the relevant rights holder. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or used for competing commercial promotion without written permission. Drawings you upload remain yours or the original rights holder’s; you grant us the licence necessary to use them for quotation, detailing and production.
The Website may link to third-party sites (such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runheng is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Runheng entity issuing your quotation or contract is registered. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent courts at that entity’s registered location.
