1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

Runheng is a privately-owned manufacturer with our own factory, founded in 1995 in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. We operate 3 production bases covering 50,000 sq.m, with full in-house capability from aluminum extrusion and surface finishing to assembly. OEM/ODM cooperation welcome.

2. What major projects have you completed?

Hong Kong International Airport T2 (625 engineering files — our largest single project), Hong Kong Hospital Authority hospitals (United Christian, Princess Margaret, Chinese Medicine Hospital), Macau Galaxy Hotel, West Kowloon Cultural District, Global Switch Kwai Chung data center, residential projects in Singapore and London — 200+ projects in total.

3. Are your products suitable for typhoon zones?

Yes. The TWY series was designed specifically for Hong Kong’s typhoon environment with structural strength exceeding ordinary louvers. TWY420/TWY630/TWY220 have been applied at the Kwai Chung data center, Macau Galaxy Hotel, Hong Kong Airport T2 and Fire Services Department stations.

4. Do you support custom and tooling development?

Yes. Our RS louver series (30+ models), TWY typhoon-rated series and NH profile system (30+ standard profiles) combine into 136 product configurations. Special requirements can be developed with new tooling, supported by our VMU (visual mock-up) approval process.

5. What material standards do you use?

6063-T5/T6 aluminum, S275J0 British Standard structural steel, SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel, PVDF fluorocarbon coating. Factory ISO 9001 certified (since 2020); production follows British Standards (BS), suitable for European, US and Southeast Asian markets.
