We fabricate for companies that sell under their own name

Runheng supplies façade contractors, window and door companies, louver specialists and developers with fabricated metal systems under their own brand. You keep the client relationship and the specification; we deliver the fabrication, the documentation and the traceability.

We are not a trading company. Cutting, welding, assembly, finishing and packing take place in our own workshops in Jiangmen, Guangdong.

The OEM Process

Six stages. Each one produces a document you can review.

1 · RFQ

Send drawings, schedules or samples. We return a scope matrix, assumptions and open questions in writing.

2 · Shop drawings

DWG/PDF shop drawings issued for your approval. No cutting until comments are closed.

3 · Sample / VMU

Visual mock-up where the project requires it — our archive holds 49 VMU documents, including HKIA T2.

4 · Production

Work order RH-XXX-XX opened; material specification and batch recorded against it.

5 · Inspection

In-process and pre-packing checks filed with the work order; third-party test reports added where the contract requires them.

6 · Packing & FOB

Export packing, packing list and delivery to port — FOB Foshan, confirmed per order.
