Compliance & Documentation

What we can document — and what we will not claim.

Evidence before claims

A narrow, verifiable compliance statement

Buyers audit suppliers. We would rather state less and prove it than publish a logo wall that does not survive due diligence. This page separates what is recorded in our files from what is confirmed only during supplier qualification.

Certification Statement

Relevant product certifications are held.

Certificate details — holder, standard, scope and validity — are provided during supplier qualification. We do not attach certificates at first contact.

We do not publish ISO numbers, fire ratings, acoustic ratings or wind-tunnel results on this website. If a project requires a specific standard, we confirm in writing what can be documented for that scope — or we say that we cannot.

Market Notes

🇭🇰

Hong Kong

Project experience with the Hospital Authority and Airport Authority. For Housing Authority projects requiring PCCS-AW, Runheng is not itself a PCCS-AW certificate holder; our route is OEM / component supply to a registered contractor.

🇸🇬

Singapore & UK

Residential window and balustrade projects delivered with English shop drawings; steel specified to BS EN 10025.

🚢

Export

FOB Foshan. Packing lists, loading photos and the documents required by the contract are prepared per order.

Certification requirements differ by market. Tell us the standard the project is specified to, and we will confirm what we can document for that scope before you rely on it.

Documents Available on Request

  • Company registration and factory profile
  • Redacted shop drawing sample
  • Material specification sheet for a given product family
  • Inspection record sample
  • Work-order traceability sample
  • Certificate details during supplier qualification

Samples are redacted for client confidentiality. Nothing on this page should be read as a certificate, a test report or a market approval.

Ask for the documents, not the logo

Send us the standard and scope you need to verify. We will reply in writing with what we can provide — and what we cannot.
